As a Founding CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision and strategy. Your responsibilities include overseeing the entire architecture, actively contributing to product development and scaling, and ensuring the highest security standards alongside an optimal user experience.
Your Tasks
- Develop and implement a long-term technical roadmap.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and functionality of the IAM platform.
- Collaborate closely with the product team on solution development.
- Build and lead a high-performing tech team (Development, DevOps, QA).
- Make strategic and operational technical decisions.
- Oversee security, data protection, compliance, and resilience.
- Partner with technology providers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading tech teams and building SaaS platforms.
- Strong product understanding, ideally within IAM or cybersecurity.
- Expertise in architecting and scaling modern SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in the tech stack: PHP (Laravel), MySQL, React.js, Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Open Telekom Cloud, AWS, Azure) and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of security, encryption, and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Clear and persuasive communication skills for team and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI and automation of IAM processes.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and agile methodologies.
- Residence in the Frankfurt area (not mandatory, but beneficial for team proximity).
