Flutter + Laravel Full-Stack Developer (Remote, India)

Work arrangement: Remote from anywhere in India (preference for Surat, Gujarat)

Why this role exists

We’re scaling a platform that supports real-world security operations—scheduling shifts, capturing activity/incident reports, and coordinating teams. We need a builder who can move quickly in Flutter and Laravel and ship reliable features that users feel immediately.

What you’ll do here

• Own feature development in Flutter, from prototypes to production.
• Build and iterate Laravel REST services and integrations.
• Keep mobile and backend contracts aligned and well documented.
• Improve quality with tests, code reviews, and monitoring.
• Participate in async planning/standups; collaborate across time zones.

You’re a match if you have

• Proven Flutter experience with app store releases.
• Strong Laravel skills for API design and implementation.
• Database fluency (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Day-to-day proficiency with Git/GitHub.
• A Mac for iOS compilation and TestFlight/App Store releases.
• Professional English and autonomous work habits.

Bonus points

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Experience setting up CI/CD for mobile and PHP services.
• Prior domain experience in security, workforce, or field operations.

Availability: Comfortable with evening video calls, 3:30 pm–12:00 am IST.
