Requirements
- Act as a technical reference in software quality.
- Define automated and manual testing strategies, ensuring coverage and traceability.
- Implement and maintain continuous testing pipelines (CI/CD) integrated with deliveries.
- Support the development team in root cause analysis of incidents and bugs.
- Define and monitor quality indicators (test coverage, production bugs, average resolution time, etc.).
- Perform test code reviews and disseminate good QA practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering areas to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Be the guardian of the quality culture and observability of test and production environments.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Desirable CTAL-TA/TM certification.
- Solid experience in test automation (UI, API, integration, and regression).
- Proficiency in tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Appium, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Experience with versioning (Git) and continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Experience in performance testing.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with AI agent testing routines.

- Clear and collaborative communication with multidisciplinary squads.

- Ability to propose continuous improvements and disseminate knowledge.

Differentials
- Certifications (ISTQB, CTFL, or equivalents).
- Experience with testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in software development in languages such as Python, PHP, Node, Java, or similar.
- Experience in security testing.
