We are seeking a dedicated Implementation Specialist to join our team!
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of the Base system.
- Experience in configuring online stores.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Experience and deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Minimum basic knowledge of ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
- Communicative English language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for establishing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong self-organization and work management abilities.
- Welcome: Experience implementing other SaaS B2B products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive implementations of the Base system for clients.
- Providing support in designing optimal order processing workflows.
- Performing integration and advanced configuration of the Base system with client stores, warehouses, marketplace accounts, and courier services.
- Assisting with the configuration of ERP integrators, specifically SubiektGT/NEXO PRO.
