Your Tasks
- Advice and support for departments in the analysis, optimization, and automation of business processes
- Recording, evaluation, and implementation of technical requirements in JobRouter, UiPath Robotics, and AI technologies
- Design, implementation, and further development of workflows
- Participation in the development and further development of software robots with UiPath
- Development and connection of interfaces between different systems and applications
- Management and coordination of external service providers
- Participation in the further development of the company-wide digital strategy
- Identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative solutions and new technologies
- Close cooperation with departments, IT, and external partners
- Documentation of solutions as well as support for tests, rollouts, and user training
Your Profile
- Completed training or degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, etc., or a comparable qualification
- Experience in recording, analyzing, and implementing business processes
- Sound knowledge of JobRouter, UiPath, RPA technologies, or comparable workflow systems is an advantage
- Programming skills in PHP and Java as well as experience in interface development and data processing
- High affinity for innovative digitalization topics, process automation, and new AI technologies
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working
- High level of commitment and pronounced quality and service thinking
- Enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation with different departments
