Your Tasks

  • Advice and support for departments in the analysis, optimization, and automation of business processes
  • Recording, evaluation, and implementation of technical requirements in JobRouter, UiPath Robotics, and AI technologies
  • Design, implementation, and further development of workflows
  • Participation in the development and further development of software robots with UiPath
  • Development and connection of interfaces between different systems and applications
  • Management and coordination of external service providers
  • Participation in the further development of the company-wide digital strategy
  • Identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative solutions and new technologies
  • Close cooperation with departments, IT, and external partners
  • Documentation of solutions as well as support for tests, rollouts, and user training

Your Profile

  • Completed training or degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, etc., or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in recording, analyzing, and implementing business processes
  • Sound knowledge of JobRouter, UiPath, RPA technologies, or comparable workflow systems is an advantage
  • Programming skills in PHP and Java as well as experience in interface development and data processing
  • High affinity for innovative digitalization topics, process automation, and new AI technologies
  • Analytical thinking as well as a structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working
  • High level of commitment and pronounced quality and service thinking
  • Enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation with different departments
