Position: Digital Production Leader (Front-End & QA)
The Digital Production Leader (Front-End & QA) will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the front-end development and quality assurance (QA) team, ensuring excellence in deliveries, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to market best practices.
You will act as the main point of contact for the Digital area with internal stakeholders, clients, and global leadership, being responsible for strategic decisions, crisis management, and the continuous evolution of processes and technologies.
In addition to leadership, strong technical capacity is expected to support the team in solving complex problems, guiding architectural decisions, and contributing to the evolution of digital product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop front-end developer and QA teams, ensuring high performance and continuous evolution;
- Act as the final point of escalation and resolution for critical problems;
- Manage digital operations, ensuring delivery quality, deadline compliance, and operational efficiency;
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, providing technical and strategic direction;
- Define, monitor, and analyze area KPIs to support decision-making;
- Work with internal stakeholders, clients, and global leadership, ensuring alignment and excellence in communication;
- Promote development best practices, process standardization, and continuous improvement;
- Work together with QA to identify failures and implement improvement plans;
- Technically support the team in resolving bugs and complex challenges;
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with technical standards;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams aiming for system evolution and reduction of technical debt;
- Identify and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools that increase team efficiency;
- Create and maintain technical documentation and structured workflows.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in Information Technology or related areas;
- Fluent English (mandatory) – constant interaction with global teams;
- Solid experience in leading technical teams and managing digital projects;
- Proven experience in front-end development;
- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), JSON, XML, and DOM;
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar);
- Knowledge of pre-processors and modular styles (SASS, PostCSS, Styled Components);
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Node.js);
- Knowledge of back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar);
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Django, or similar);
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar);
- Experience with Git and version control;
- Knowledge of CI/CD and containers (Docker);
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);
- Experience with API integration;
- Knowledge of modern architectures (SPAs, PWAs, microservices);
- Differential: experience with Veeva, IQVIA, or pharmaceutical/digital health environment.
