Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Platform Engineer (Full Stack + Infrastructure) to design, build, and maintain scalable systems across our platform. Join a small, highly technical team supporting hundreds of live websites, a custom CMS/CRM platform, and multiple evolving systems running in AWS.

Our environment features a mix of legacy and modern architecture, and we operate at a fast pace. This role emphasizes system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and application performance, requiring hands-on work across both backend and frontend environments. You will play a key role in refining and improving our systems as we scale, enhancing performance, reliability, and overall platform efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and maintain infrastructure and application performance.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across cloud and local environments.
  • Analyze current architecture and clarify system behavior and dependencies.
  • Implement improvements to scalability, reliability, and system efficiency.
  • Support and evolve our AWS-based infrastructure (compute, databases, load balancing).
  • Improve deployment processes, automation, and system workflows.
  • Work across backend (PHP/Symfony) and frontend (React/Next.js) environments as needed.
  • Help transition legacy systems into a more modern, maintainable architecture.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address risks and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with a small team to align technical execution with platform goals.
