About Studio Visual

Studio Visual works in the development and support of digital platforms, content portals, e-commerces, and enterprise applications, operating critical production environments with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

We are looking for a Mid-level DevOps Engineer (with a Mid-Senior leaning) to work directly in the infrastructure operation and automation of our multi-cloud ecosystem, helping to scale the technical operation and ensure environment stability.

This position is ideal for someone with an execution-oriented, organized, disciplined, and hands-on profile, who likes infrastructure, automation, observability, and operational security.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for autonomously taking over and executing the recurring operational layer of our production environments, supporting deploys, monitoring, auditing, documentation, and operational security.

Your role will be fundamental to increasing our operational capacity, ensuring quality, standardization, and predictability in technical processes.

What you will do on a daily basis:

Deploys and CI/CD:

  • Execute and monitor deploys via GitHub Actions
  • Monitor pipelines, validate environments, and perform rollback when necessary
  • Work with self-hosted runners

Infrastructure and Cloud:

  • Administration of Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian)
  • Configuration and troubleshooting with Docker and docker-compose
  • Operation in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and DigitalOcean)
  • Support in Kubernetes environments

Monitoring and Observability:

  • Monitor alerts and support incident troubleshooting
  • Configure dashboards and monitoring with Zabbix and Grafana

Documentation and Processes:

  • Keep technical documentation and runbooks updated

Required Requirements:

We are looking for someone with practical experience in:

  • Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) — SSH, systemd, UFW, journalctl, and troubleshooting
  • Docker and docker-compose
  • GitHub Actions (including self-hosted runners)
  • Nginx (SSL, reverse proxy, virtual hosts)
  • Bash and Python for automations
  • Monitoring with Zabbix, Grafana, or Prometheus
  • Kubernetes (GKE, ECS Fargate)
  • AWS (RDS, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
  • Google Cloud (GKE, Artifact Registry)
  • DigitalOcean
  • Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, Zero Trust)
  • Advanced Git (PRs, rebase, organized workflow)
  • WordPress (Composer, PHP-FPM, wp-cli)

Differentials:

It will be a plus if you have experience with:

  • Terraform or Pulumi
  • Varnish
  • Ansible

Profile we are looking for:

You will probably match the vacancy if:

  • You have a security-first mindset
  • You like documentation and technical organization
  • You work well with autonomy
  • You pay attention to details
  • You can follow already defined standards without "reinventing the wheel"

Job Information:

  • Model: Remote
  • Format: PJ (Contractor)
  • Hours: Business hours
