Your Technology Stack
We operate on a robust and efficient stack that you should know thoroughly:
- Core:Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Nginx (deep tuning and optimization), PHP-FPM
- Cloud:AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM)
- Data:MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Observability:Datadog, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana)
- IaC:Terraform / Ansible
Your Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure permissions with meticulous attention to who accesses servers and why.
- Implement stable operational concepts for AWS cloud services to support our dynamic growth.
- Maintain Unix/Linux servers, including configuration, updates, and automation, with a comprehensive understanding of the operating system.
- Respond to incidents through deep log analysis (Datadog, Elastic), focusing on Root Cause Analysis rather than just service restarts.
- Support development teams to ensure continuous and seamless system operation.
What We Expect
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a DevOps or SysAdmin role, including practical AWS experience.
- Excellent cloud knowledge, complemented by experience in classic administration (prior experience with physical servers/Data Centers is a plus).
- Proficiency in Linux; the terminal should be your natural working environment.
- Strong morality and responsibility, combining a "Can Do" attitude with accountability for critical systems.
- Humility towards technology: understanding that mistakes happen, but knowing how to effectively resolve them.
- Ability to analyze problems comprehensively (360 degrees), considering security, performance, and long-term impacts.
- Understanding of both cloud and "metal" infrastructure; while we use AWS, we seek someone who grasps the physical nature of servers.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (we operate globally).
Nice to Have
- AWS certifications (validating expertise).
- Practical knowledge of Terraform.
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka or Cloudflare.
- Interest in developing towards agent-based DevOps (process automation).
