About You

We seek a professional, approachable, and ethical DevOps Engineer for this 12-month maximum term contract. You excel at integrating people and technology, thrive on collaboration, and possess a creative mindset for solving complex technical challenges. You must be comfortable working independently and remotely while remaining a supportive team member.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience developing engineering applications within large organizations.
• Proven ability to manage and deploy Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong understanding of system security best practices.
• Experience working with distributed systems and monolith applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

PHP/Laravel experience is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will drive efficiency and system reliability by:

• Implementing and managing development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure for internal and external stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining containerized environments.
• Overseeing code release and deployment processes.
• Designing and developing automations to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Solving complex performance and architectural challenges.
• Scaling applications and managing performance metrics.
• Mentoring and guiding other team members.
