What You Will Do
As the DevOps Engineer, you will lead the effort to build an empowered, platform-driven engineering culture. This involves:
* Creating self-service tooling and modernizing deployment flows.
* Ensuring effortless reliability across systems.
* Collaborating closely with product developers to streamline workflows and support CI/CD adoption.
* Rolling out scalable systems that meet ambitious growth targets.
You will join a tight-knit team of 4 pragmatic engineers. We share on-call duties, run weekly refinements, and prioritize clean systems and clear ownership.
Current Platform Challenges
* Splitting the existing monorepo.
* Improving Git workflows.
* Creating a unified system for database operations and backups.
* Reshaping infrastructure to maximize developer autonomy.
You will participate in regular Scrum ceremonies, manage tickets, and handle deployments, while also setting the pace for major platform shifts. We seek a hands-on, pragmatic approach, valuing deep experience across various environments and industries.
