DevOps Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time DevOps Developer (m/f/d) to join our team at our Halle (Saale) location or in a hybrid setup at the earliest possible opportunity.

As a DevOps Developer (m/f/d) with broad experience and an affinity for system administration, you will be integrated into the development process. You will work alongside colleagues from development, QA, PMO, and IT to further optimize the system environment and ensure a smooth, highly available, and trouble-free development workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of automation and integration tools covering various aspects of our DevOps environment
• Detailed analysis of our systems and applications to detect issues early, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements
• Implementation of comprehensive monitoring for real-time tracking of resource utilization and application behavior
• Development and optimization of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to accelerate the deployment process
• Implementation of automation solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of our processes
• Close collaboration with various teams and technical support to help resolve issues, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid experience in developing and implementing concepts for automation and orchestration of complex systems
• Proven experience setting up deployment processes with CI/CD tools, and experience migrating legacy applications to container environments
• Solid experience in operating and administering Kubernetes clusters, as well as good knowledge of Linux system administration
• Programming and scripting skills in common languages (e.g., PHP, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, PowerShell) and familiarity with infrastructures like Redis, MySQL, Nginx, RabbitMQ, or ElasticSearch
• High level of initiative, strong interest in current technologies, and no fear of tackling complex challenges
