We are seeking a Tech Manager - Development - Affirmative Action Role for Women to join our team.

Contract Type: PJ/ME

Monthly Contract Value: R$21,000.00 to R$25,000.00

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technology teams (Tech Manager, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar).
  • Experience leading remote teams utilizing asynchronous communication.
  • Solid technical background in software development (e.g., PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or equivalents).
  • Technical knowledge of system architecture, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and engineering best practices.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, or hybrids) and managing the backlog alongside the product team.
  • Experience with CI/CD, versioning, automated testing, and DevOps/SRE practices.
  • Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make decisions impacting scalability and performance.
  • Higher education in the technology field.

Differentiators:

  • Experience launching digital products from scratch to scale.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic Media or the digital advertising market.
  • Experience in high-scale and mission-critical environments.
  • MBA, post-graduate degrees in technology, people management, AI, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a remote, multidisciplinary technology team, ensuring an environment of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
  • Drive agile methodology processes and practices to increase delivery predictability and quality.
  • Act as a liaison between technology, product, and business, aligning priorities and ensuring a focus on value.
  • Drive strategic technical decisions, ensuring code quality, architecture, and solution scalability.
  • Conduct performance rituals, continuous feedback, and individual development plans for the team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and ownership within the technology team.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be conducted in stages:

  1. Candidate Acquisition: The form will be open for applications until 01/16/2025.
  2. Profile Screening: Technical analysis of professional experience, considering adherence to the position scope.
  3. DISC Test Application: Complementary stage for understanding the behavioral profile.
  4. Interview with the People and Management team: Cultural deep dive and behavioral competency assessment.
  5. Interview with Area Leadership: Technical analysis and evaluation of function-related competencies.
  6. Offer and Hiring.
