We are looking for a Mid-Level Java Developer to join our support team. You will develop complete functionalities with quality and efficiency, participate in planning and alignment meetings (Refinement, Daily, Review, Retrospectives), and perform analysis and resolution of complex problems.
Key responsibilities include conducting code reviews for Junior colleagues, contributing to programming best practices, participating in technical discussions for architecture and performance improvements, writing unit and integration tests, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Java
- Experience with various Java frameworks (Spring, JSF, EJB, Hibernate, JSP, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git)
- Analytical ability to solve problems and propose improvements
- Clear and objective communication for interaction with the team and stakeholders
Desirable Requirements
- Completed or ongoing degree in a relevant field
- Low-code experience with ScriptCase
- Over 1 year of experience in another programming language (C#/.NET, PHP, Delphi, Flutter, Python)
