Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst, you will guide and implement solutions for architecture, services, systems, and applications. You will provide support to internal teams, clients, and vendors. You will work directly with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, and Designers to deploy high-quality, secure solutions for our internal and external clients.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team actively involved in the digital transformation of Telefônica Vivo.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Interact with business and IT areas to understand, clarify, guide, and recommend strategic solutions.
• Generate technical and executive artifacts such as roadmaps and IT architecture visions on various topics.
• Advocate for strategic roadmaps and ongoing demands across different spheres.
• Participate in internal or external squads, including their rituals and ceremonies, as an architecture representative to ensure solution alignment with corporate evolution strategy.
• Engage with other architecture teams (Solutions, Technologies, and Specialists) to foster a synergistic vision.
• Demonstrate ease in collaborating with other developers and corporate architects.
• Work with organizational directives from the Global IT Architecture team.
• Promote the study and use of data, application, and technology architecture standards.
• Manage relationships with various national and international technology solution vendors and providers.
• Directly participate in the analysis and development of technical solutions using modern programming languages.
• Contribute to process automation and system integration using current tools and frameworks.
• Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot or similar to accelerate development and ensure good coding practices.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of solutions, considering security, scalability, and performance aspects.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed higher education in a technology-related field (desirable).
• Strategic vision for system governance and evolution.
• Knowledge of business models and applications serving B2C, B2B, Finance, Channels, and other domains.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and other architecture frameworks.
• Solid understanding of System Integration, APIs, Microservices, Events, and more.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud environments (Public, Private, Hybrid), including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models.
• A proactive explorer of new technologies, committed to continuous learning.
• Experience with agile methodologies, indicator generation, and tracking of deliverables.
• Essential ability to generate executive materials and presentations (with guidance provided).
• Skills in technically evaluating market solutions.
• Analytical capabilities and knowledge of programming logic.
• Frontend: React (hooks, context/state), TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+), testing (Jest/RTL), accessibility, performance, bundlers (Vite/Webpack).
• Backend: PHP (7/8+ — Laravel/CodeIgniter or similar) and Java (8+ — Spring/Spring Boot), advanced OOP and design patterns, RESTful APIs, security (OAuth2/JWT), testing (PHPUnit/JUnit).
• Architecture and Integration: Data modeling (SQL/NoSQL), schema versioning and migrations, events/queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), B2B/B2C integrations.
• Experience with version control and collaboration tools like Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• CI/CD and Automation: GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI; containers (Docker); Infrastructure as Code (Terraform – desirable).
• Experience with Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including managed services (compute, storage, DB, API Gateway) and observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
• Collaboration and Management Tools: Jira/Confluence, Scrum/Kanban (lead time, throughput, WIP), pair programming, and concise executive documentation.
• Knowledge of Ping Identity Provider is a plus.
• Strong expertise in languages like Java and PHP, with familiarity in related technologies.
• Practical experience with languages like Python and JavaScript for backend and/or frontend development.
