Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend applications using PHP 8.x and Symfony 6/7.
- Design scalable and maintainable architectures.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including dailies, refinements, and retrospectives.
- Define and implement unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, operations, support).
- Create technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in PHP development.
- Minimum 3 years of proficiency with Symfony.
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Behat, or similar).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (GitFlow or similar).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to translate between non-technical (financial) and technical (IT) profiles.
- Effective stakeholder management across all levels.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Valued Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Knowledge of billing, provisioning, or CRM systems.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or other queue systems.
- Experience with third-party integrations and middleware.
