Responsibilities:
- Account Leadership: Act as the account lead and dedicated strategist for assigned clients, serving as their primary creative point of contact.
- Strategy Development: Develop and manage creative strategies focused on short-form content that align with client objectives and target audience needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and editing teams to produce high-quality short-form content, including social media posts, ads, and marketing materials.
- Performance Analysis: Assess the performance of existing short-form content using data to understand user behavior.
- Optimization: Refine content strategies based on data insights to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging developments in the short-form content landscape.
Requirements:
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, both internally with the team and when leading client-facing interactions.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage dynamic tasks and pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Producer, Ads Manager, or similar role, with a specific focus on short-form content.
- Consumer Insights: A deep understanding of digital psychology and what motivates customers online.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with content management systems and digital workflow tools.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written English skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using social media for business.
- Experience with project management and video/photo editing is a plus.
- Experience in creating engaging, shareable content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
