With accumulated sales exceeding 80 million MYR, we have established ourselves as a powerhouse in the industry. Since launching our first brand, Mira's Kitchen (miras.co.kr), in 2021, we have provided strategic consulting for top-tier Korean conglomerates, including Samsung, LF (LG Fashion), Renault, and more.
Currently, we are expanding our footprint into Australia, Japan, and the USA, and are now establishing Malaysia as our strategic hub for Southeast Asia. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Online Marketer who will lead the launch of our new brands and grow with us. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning & Communication
- Develop and execute annual/monthly marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain seamless communication with the Korean headquarters team.
- Manage and coordinate effectively with external partners and vendors.
2. Marketing Strategy
- Define brand tone & manner and establish localized advertising strategies for the Malaysian market.
- Identify and recruit brand-fit influencers; manage viral marketing and group-buy campaigns.
- Plan and execute collaborative projects with partner brands.
- Support business expansion into English-speaking global markets.
3. Channel Management
- Oversee branded social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Drive sales performance and manage storefronts on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
4. Content Creation
- Establish ad content strategies based on thorough competitor reference analysis.
- Plan and produce innovative ad content utilizing AI tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Mobility: Must be able to perform international duties (Korea and other global locations).
- Mindset: Ability to expand job scope and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Track Record: Proven experience in achieving results through effective teamwork.
- Skills: Strong creativity and proactive problem-solving abilities.
