Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies that support business objectives and foster innovation across all departments.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions utilizing technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, and PHP.
- Oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure including cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure, distributed systems, WAN networks, firewalls, and cybersecurity protocols aligned with NIST standards.
- Manage IT governance frameworks ensuring compliance with PCI standards, ISO certifications, FISMA regulations, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data integrity and business continuity.
- Drive advancements in AI and machine learning applications to enhance product offerings and operational efficiencies while maintaining rigorous information security measures.
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to streamline project management and accelerate product development cycles.
- Oversee budgeting processes for technology investments, negotiate vendor contracts for cloud infrastructure services, hardware procurement, and software licenses to maximize value.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring senior leadership and IT teams in emerging technologies such as natural language processing, APIs development, ERP systems integration, and system design best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within IT management or as a CTO with a track record of successfully leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of computer networking—including WANs, firewalls, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity frameworks (FISMA/NIST), and IT governance standards.
- Strong background in software development using languages such as JavaScript (React/Angular), Python, Java, C#, PHP, SQL (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server), MongoDB, Linux systems, and application development frameworks like .NET.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies including machine learning and natural language processing to drive innovative solutions.
- Expertise in strategic planning for IT infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, risk management practices, and compliance standards like PCI DSS and ISO certifications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse technical teams across multiple locations; adept at negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into existing systems while maintaining security protocols like ISO standards.

Pay: $86,006.59 - $103,577.82 per year
