We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, and proposing solutions to help our organization achieve its goals.
Job description
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will work alongside PMO Leads, Data Analysts, and IT colleagues to manage a directorate’s/service’s requirements through the discovery phase from initial analysis, requirements definition, options appraisals, and pilot/user acceptance testing through to approval of the selected solution. You will also support the evaluation of delivered solutions/initiatives through benefits realization analysis.
Person specification
To be successful in this role, you will bring extensive experience in service review / design and possess significant experience within a portfolio, program, or project team environment, including managing change to process and methodology. Your track record will evidence your experience using appropriate tools, methods, and techniques for information capture and information modeling to document structure, relationships, process, and information flows.
Your communication and influencing skills will be key, both to advise and guide senior stakeholders, as well as to effectively gather, document, and analyze business requirements from end users, in addition to gaining buy-in regarding delivery of recommendations to the business.
