As a Mid-Level Backend Developer (PHP), you will join the Technological Scale team, focusing on developing scalable and modern solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with distributed architecture, microservices, and cutting-edge technologies, actively contributing to platform evolution and strategic projects.

This is a remote opportunity, full-time (40 hours weekly), under the CLT regime.

Responsibilities and Assignments

• Develop scalable solutions aligned with core business objectives.
• Collaborate on building a microservices-based distributed architecture.
• Participate in continuous architectural evolution, emphasizing modernization, scalability, and software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to technical team decisions, providing insights and proposing improvements.
• Implement high-quality code, participating in peer reviews and feedback cycles.
• Ensure application stability and reliability via automated tests.
• Support modern engineering culture (DevOps, security, observability).
• Monitor technical metrics and operate within Agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, XP).
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including SRE, Data Engineering, and Infrastructure.

Requirements and Qualifications

What You Need to Have:

• Experience developing web applications using PHP and associated frameworks.
• Experience with microservices-based architecture.
• Knowledge of code versioning using GitHub.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform is a plus).
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DocumentDB, Redis, etc.).
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, AMQ, SQS, SNS).
• Knowledge of automated testing and secure development principles.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, logs, metrics, tracing).
• Technical English proficiency for reading and writing.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience with web development in Golang.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, DocumentDB/MongoDB).
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and focus on value delivery.
• Interest or experience in AI applications.
