As a Mid-Level Developer, you will join a team of over 80 professionals, focusing on developing scalable and resilient solutions primarily using PHP, while also evolving knowledge and applications in Golang.
Our technology team is responsible for realizing the needs and desires of our clients and market partners!
This is a remote opportunity under the CLT regime, with a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Design and construct evolutionary and resilient solutions.
- Monitor and control technical debt within solutions.
- Actively participate in strategy discussions with the product/business team.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed code.
- Control platform obsolescence levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Seek continuous evolution of technology and solutions used, monitoring application and system performance to ensure agility and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of code review, DevOps, and secure development.
- Participate in all phases of high-criticality system design, analyzing requirements, proposing new solutions that add value to technical and business areas, and aiming for product improvements.
- Ensure code quality and the observability of business and systemic metrics.
- Establish unit and automated testing routines for developed products.
- Provide L3 technical support.
Requisitos e qualificações
What you need to have:
- Experience developing web software with languages like PHP and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in code versioning via GitLab/GitHub.
- Experience with best practices: SOLID, Clean Code, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB).
- Desirable experience with key-value databases, such as Redis.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience in event-driven architecture, messaging, and event orientation (Kafka, AMQ, SQS, SNS, etc.).
- Knowledge of automated and unit testing, and secure development concepts.
- Technical English proficiency.
- Experience with monitoring and observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
It is desirable and will be a differential:
- Knowledge of DDD (Domain Driven Development).
- Experience in Golang.
- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Experience with systems of high complexity and scale.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS).
- Support in technical decision-making (scalability, performance, trade-offs).
- Experience developing web software with languages like Golang and related frameworks.
