As a Mid-Level Developer, you will join a team of over 80 professionals and work on developing scalable and resilient solutions using PHP, Golang, and Vue.js. This position is within the Data and Analytics team.
Our technology team is responsible for bringing our clients' and market partners' needs and desires to life!
This is a remote opportunity, under a CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) contract, with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities and Attributions
- Designing and building evolutionary and resilient Backend and Frontend solutions;
- Monitoring and controlling technical debt for solutions;
- Actively participating in strategy with the product/business team;
- Controlling platform obsolescence levels;
- Mentoring team members through practices like pair programming and code reviews;
- Seeking continuous evolution of technology and solutions used;
- Fostering a culture of code review, DevOps, and secure development;
- Participating in all phases of high-criticality system design, analyzing requirements, and proposing new interfaces and technical solutions;
- Ensuring code quality and observability of business and systemic metrics;
- Establishing unit and automated testing routines (Backend and Frontend);
- Providing L3 technical support.
Requirements and Qualifications
What you need to have:
- Web software development experience with PHP and Golang;
- Proficiency in Vue.js for building modern and reactive interfaces;
- Experience with microservices architecture;
- Experience with large-scale and complex systems;
- Proficiency in code versioning via Gitlab/Github;
- Experience with best practices: SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns;
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB);
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, Javascript (ES6+), and CSS3 (Sass/Less);
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, AMQ, SQS, SNS);
- Experience with monitoring and observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing);
- Technical English.
Desirable and a differential:
- Knowledge of Vue ecosystem (Vuex, Pinia, Vue Router);
- Desirable experience with key-value databases, such as Redis;
- Desirable experience in environments using the ClickHouse database.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum);
- Previous experience working in partnership with data/analytics teams;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform;
- Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS).
