About the Fiscal Squad & Team
Bling's Fiscal Squad is undergoing a significant technical and strategic transformation. We operate at the heart of the product, tackling highly complex challenges such as implementing tax reform and migrating our fiscal engine from a monolithic architecture to scalable microservices. We are seeking a senior technical expert to lead architectural decisions, standardize engineering practices, and bridge the gap between Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for the squad, defining code standards and evolving system architecture.
- Make high-impact technical decisions, including trade-offs and technology selection.
- Develop microservices primarily using the Go language.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
- Offer technical mentoring to junior and mid-level engineers through dedicated 1:1 sessions.
- Directly interact with Product and Design stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of requirements.
- Address critical incidents and complex operational problems.
- Actively participate in agile rituals (Scrum/Kanban) and communities of practice (guilds).
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven specialization in programming languages such as Go, PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture principles (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, Microservices, Event-driven).
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Mastery of communication protocols (REST, gRPC) and API design.
- Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with DevOps culture, CI/CD, and Cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and mentoring developers.
