Backend Tech Lead - .NET 8 & Microservices

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in .NET 8, REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and messaging with Kafka. With experience in relational and non-relational databases, Azure, and good software engineering practices, we expect someone who will also contribute technically to the team, supporting architectural decisions and the development of other developers.

Responsibilities and Attributions

• Develop and evolve applications using .NET 8, ensuring robustness, scalability, and good architectural practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring performance, security, and proper versioning.
• Act in microservices architecture, promoting decoupling, efficient communication between distributed systems, and application resilience.
• Implement messaging solutions with Apache Kafka, working with asynchronous communication and service integration.
• Model and optimize MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases according to the needs of each scenario.
• Use Entity Framework for object-relational mapping and migration management.
• Implement distributed caching strategies, preferably with Dragonfly, aiming for performance improvement.
• Work in Microsoft Azure environments, performing publications, configurations, and support for cloud solutions.
• Contribute to frontend demands with Vue.js, especially in API integration.
• Technically support the team, performing code reviews, disseminating good practices, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Solid experience with .NET 8.
• Experience in technical support and mentoring of developers.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of messaging with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Mastery of Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of distributed caching (preferably Dragonfly).
• Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Intermediate knowledge of Vue.js.
