Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for a Back-End developer with solid knowledge, who really likes developing solutions that solve real problems, is focused on the quality of deliverables, committed to deadlines, and enjoys dynamic environments.
- Actively participate in the solution design process.
- Provide visibility into the progress of activities to the manager and team, knowing how to ask for help assertively and quickly during blockers.
- Actively participate in code review, new software quality test implementations, documentation, performance optimization, and production incident resolution.
- Mentor / provide guidance to Junior Developers.
Skills and Prerequisites
- Experience with GoLang is a plus;
- Experience with object orientation;
- Experience with REST API development/integrations;
- Knowledge in automated testing (unit and integration);
- Knowledge of good development practices (Clean code, SOLID, Code Review) and secure development;
- Knowledge in relational and non-relational databases;
- Knowledge in PHP (legacy and modern) is a plus;
- Knowledge in GraphQL is a plus;
- Knowledge in ElasticSearch is a plus;
- Knowledge of Architecture;
- Knowledge in DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud;
- Knowledge of workflow with Git;
- Knowledge of Messaging (Kafka);
- Knowledge in application performance monitoring.

Work Model
- Technology (Security, Engineering, and Data Science): 100% Home Office;
- Product (Design, Fraud Prevention, and BI): 3 days in-person at the office and 2 days home office;
- Other areas: full-time in-person.
