What You’ll Do

• Build, enhance, and maintain robust web applications using PHP (Laravel preferred).
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize database performance and ensure system scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve application performance.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical decisions.
• Enhance and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on PHP development experience (Laravel is a strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong experience with MySQL (query optimization, database design).
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be willing to work on-site at Ara Damansara and have own transport.
