The Team
Our development team is full-remote, with the option to work from our Oderzo (TV) headquarters for those who prefer it. We organize two in-person weeks annually to foster team bonding outside of work. We believe in knowledge sharing, continuous development of technical and personal skills, and creating a relaxed and organized work environment where every contribution is valued.
Who We Are Looking For
We want to add a responsible, motivated individual to our team who is eager to deeply learn the workings of our software and its underlying technologies. It is crucial that the candidate is collaborative, attentive, and autonomous in managing assigned tasks and in relationships with clients and colleagues.
Main Technologies We Use
- PHP (Laravel) for 90% of the codebase
- TypeScript for some microservices
- Rust for high-performance needs
- PostgreSQL: the heart of our product, a database with 1TB+ and billions of records
- Kubernetes for load distribution across multiple servers
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Collaborate in defining direction and priorities.
- Improve or expand existing functionalities.
- Create tooling to enhance automation and development experience.
- Maintain automated tests.
- Manage and optimize the Kubernetes cluster.
- Debug user-reported issues.
What We Don't Do
- On-premise installations
- Customizations dedicated to a single client
- Unnecessary calls or unproductive meetings
- Overtime (unless strictly necessary)
What We Ask For
- At least 3 years of development experience (fundamental requirement).
- Solid experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Familiarity with at least one compiled language.
- Confidence in using the terminal.
- Basic database skills, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Sufficient technical English for understanding documentation.
- Interest in long-term collaboration.
