Job Description
We are seeking 2 mid-seniority Backend Developers to join our backend teams. The selected individuals will work on two distinct products: a platform for clinics and hospitals, and a platform for the insurance sector. You will enter a broad and complex technical environment, where you can grow by working on a mature system that we are gradually evolving towards a more modular and scalable architecture.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and improve new product features
- Contribute to the platform's architectural evolution
- Resolve real product issues
- Participate in refactoring and code review activities
- Share best practices and ideas with the team
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in OOP backend development
- Knowledge and willingness to evolve legacy/monolithic code
- Solid SQL fundamentals (MySQL)
- Experience with code testing, TDD, SOLID principles
- Advanced knowledge of the Italian language (C1)
Nice-to-Have:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Experience with profiling and optimization tools
- Knowledge of PHP/Java frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, Spring…)
- Familiarity with stacks like Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, ELK
- Familiarity with AI systems and prompt engineering
- English B1 or higher
