We are seeking an energetic, proactive individual to join our dynamic team of four and contribute to the digitalization of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications supporting company digitalization efforts.
- Utilize cloud functionalities to scale and optimize infrastructure.
- Automate routine tasks and processes, including developing custom solutions for our ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues by analyzing data, processes, and code, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to establish objectives, design functional, cohesive code, and improve the overall user experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficient knowledge of one or more object-oriented languages (C#, Java, PHP, Python).
- Proficient knowledge of SQL.
- Solid understanding of REST API implementation.
- Familiarity with AI as a working tool.
- Good understanding of HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
- Experience working with Git and understanding application deployment processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Cloud platform services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Engineering background (optional).
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Basic networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S.
Compensation & Benefits:
