Responsibilities and Attributions
We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with a passion for creating real-world solutions. The ideal candidate focuses on delivery quality, meets deadlines, and thrives in dynamic environments.
- Actively participate in the solution design process.
- Provide clear visibility of activity progress to managers and the team, effectively seeking assistance during blockers.
- Engage in code reviews, implement software quality tests, document processes, optimize performance, and resolve production incidents.
- Mentor and guide Junior Developers.
Skills and Prerequisites
- Experience with GoLang.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Rest API development and integrations.
- Knowledge of automated tests (unit and integration).
- Proficiency in good development practices (Clean Code, SOLID, Code Review) and secure development.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of PHP (legacy and modern) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch is a plus.
- Understanding of Architecture principles.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Git workflow.
- Experience with Messaging systems (Kafka).
- Ability to monitor application performance.
