Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop highly complex technical solutions for the Omie system.
- Master the software's backend architecture, analyzing its components, organization, and functionalities.
- Ensure the application of best practices in developing manual or automated tests and software requirements.
- Identify and test business and architectural solutions through communication and knowledge exchange within the development team.
- Participate in tactical and operational discussions and define annual technical goals, conducting feasibility studies and proofs of concept.
- Guide, train, and collaborate with the development team to find business, architecture, and design solutions by disseminating knowledge.
- Ensure the achievement of short and medium-term goals for the development team, potentially adjusting standard procedures and task prioritization.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 2 years in the area.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with teamwork and good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with the customer service area.
- Experience performing unit tests.
- Understanding of fundamental principles for scalable application development.
- Development following OWASP guidelines (https://owasp.org/).
Technical Knowledge Required
- System development languages: CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node, C#.
- Relational databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Cloud computing platform services: AWS, Azure, Google.
- Familiarity with code control tools (GIT, SVN).
Desirable Qualifications
- Complete graduation in Information Systems, IT, or Engineering related fields.
- Knowledge of ERP system functionalities.
