Responsibilities and assignments
- Work on the development of highly complex technical solutions for the Omie system;
- Master the software's backend architecture and be capable of working on it through the analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities;
- Ensure the adoption and application of best practices in test development (manual or automated) and software requirements development;
- Identify and test business solutions and architectures through communication and knowledge sharing with the development team;
- Participate in tactical and operational discussions as well as the definition of annual technical goals for the area, conducting feasibility studies and proofs of concept;
- Guide, train, and collaborate with the development team to find business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge dissemination;
- Ensure the fulfillment of short- and medium-term goals for the active development team, with the ability to adjust practices, standard operating procedures, and task prioritization.
Requirements and qualifications
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or other areas related to IT and Engineering;
- Desirable: Knowledge of ERP system functionalities;
- Knowledge of systems development languages (CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node, C#);
- Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL);
- Knowledge of cloud computing platform services (AWS, Azure, Google);
- Familiarity with version control tools (GIT, SVN);
- Experience conducting unit tests;
- Understanding of fundamental principles behind a scalable application;
- Development following OWASP guidelines (https://owasp.org/);
- Experience in customer service;
- Experience working in teams;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Intermediate English;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
