Application Performance Management (APM) Engineer

To expand our team of technical consultants, we are looking for an Application Performance Management (APM) Engineer who can support customers in detecting and diagnosing complex problems related to the performance and availability of software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, deployment, and documentation of architectural components, monitoring settings, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaboration with customers on the configuration of the monitoring system and alerts
• Supporting customers in identifying and resolving application issues
• Performing various upgrades of the monitoring system to keep pace with new versions of application software, operating system versions, and hardware platforms

Requirements:

• Familiarity with common software development environments Java, C#, .Net, Php, Python, Javascript;
• Knowledge of the Elastic stack
• Solid work experience with Linux and Windows environments
• Preferably experience with Dynatrace or other APM monitoring applications
• Sound knowledge in the areas of system administration, support, and maintenance to solve technical problems related to monitoring solutions
• Knowledge of computer, network, data, and application architectures
• Analytical and design skills, high level of creativity
• Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
• Mastery of the Italian language and knowledge of the English language
