Job Description
As an Application Development & Quality Assurance Intern M/F at La Famille Maghen, you will participate in the development and testing of our mobile applications.
On a daily basis, you will contribute to designing new features, writing clean and maintainable code, as well as fixing bugs. You will take part in setting up test scenarios, drafting anomaly reports, and tracking their resolution in collaboration with the technical team.
You will work in close relationship with developers and product managers to guarantee the quality and stability of deliverables. This internship is a remote internship, allowing you to work from your place of residence, in pairs.
Important: This is an unpaid mandatory agreement-backed academic internship of 2 months maximum (<308h).
Your Concrete Missions - Short 2-Month Format
Quality Assurance & User Experience - 50%
Test e-PhotoID Express on 15 real multilingual cases, identify bugs, write anomaly files, and track their resolution.
Support & Automation - 30%
Automate 1 recurring task with your partner - e.g., sorting applications at [email protected]
Development - 20%
Mini-fixes or mini-features according to your affinities - See our project approach.
Valued Skills - What We Help You Develop in 2 Months
No full mastery is required at the entry. This is precisely the purpose of the internship. We support you to progress in:
A. Application development: Mastery of application development principles, particularly mobile development and functional application design. You will learn to write clean and maintainable code.
B. Object-Oriented Programming: Good foundations in OOP and understanding of concepts of classes, inheritance, and encapsulation. Practical application on Flutter/Dart.
C. Mobile Ecosystem: Knowledge of iOS development (Swift, Xcode, or equivalent) and interest in the Apple / Android ecosystem. Discovery of Flutter as a bridge.
D. Quality Assurance: Attention to detail, ability to draft and execute test plans, clearly document anomalies, and follow up on their resolution. Blacksmith method: it is by testing that one becomes a tester.
E. Best Practices & Autonomy: Git, continuous integration, autonomous remote work, written communication, technical English. Permanent pair work so you are never stuck.
Remuneration & Benefits
Stipend: Unpaid. In accordance with French legislation, internships with a duration of less than or equal to 2 months (i.e. less than 308 hours of effective presence) are not subject to mandatory minimum gratification.
Valuable Supervision: In return, you benefit from personalized and free support from experienced volunteer supervision (technical mentoring, code review, career advice).
Expenses: Since this internship can be completed 100% via telework, no daily transportation costs are expected.
