Analista de Suporte Técnico N2
Join our team as a Technical Support Analyst N2, responsible for analyzing and resolving technical tickets. You will diagnose issues with servers, applications, and hosted services, working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure environment stability and performance.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux (command line, logs, shell script automation)
- Knowledge of web servers and databases (Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of email and DNS (Exim4, Dovecot, DNS records, CDN, cache)
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting applications and infrastructure
Differentiators
- Experience with email servers and OpenLiteSpeed
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., PHP, Python)
- Experience with WordPress
- Automation and Python scripting
- Server migration experience
