Important: Must reside in Guadalajara or surrounding areas and have the availability to visit our offices to sign the contract.
We are seeking an AI Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise HR and CRM platforms.
We are looking for someone with hands-on software development experience who uses AI tools as a standard part of their programming workflow, capable of providing context and requirements, reviewing generated code, identifying bugs, conducting testing, and validating that solutions function properly.
What will you do?
- Develop new frontend, backend, and database features.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing systems.
- Develop and integrate APIs and external services.
- Leverage AI to support programming, analysis, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Review and validate AI-generated code prior to deployment.
- Execute tests to ensure the proper functioning of software developments.
- Manage code changes using Git, branches, and pull requests.
- Apply development and information security best practices.
Knowledge and Skills
- TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, SQL, Prisma, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Git.
- Essential: Practical experience using AI programming tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents.
- Desirable: Docker, automated testing, Redis, AWS, and Cloudflare.
Profile
- Graduate in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A degree is not required; priority will be given to technical skills, hands-on experience, and proficiency in AI applied to software development.
- Junior or Senior candidates will be considered, provided they have the required knowledge and can demonstrate practical use of AI during software development.
