Become part of a cross-functional team in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.
As a member of our 1,000+ tech team, you will collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to develop scalable, high-impact solutions. You will report to an Engineering Manager dedicated to supporting your growth and impact.
We utilize Golang and Kotlin, modernizing systems from legacy PHP to a microservices architecture, with deployments via GitLab CI/CD to AWS.

Who We Are Looking For:
- An engineer who embraces a “you build it, you run it, you own it” mindset, taking full accountability for AI-generated output, including validation and refactoring.
- A software development engineer with solid experience, ideally in Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached) and a strong understanding of AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- A problem solver with a technical and user-first approach to building impactful solutions.
- Proficiency in writing structured prompts for multi-step tasks and maintaining project-level AI context (CLAUDE.md / rules files) to identify bugs and gaps in AI-generated output before production.
- Demonstrated judgment in leveraging AI for debugging, performance analysis, and complex refactoring, while owning the final outcome.
- A collaborative team player open to discussions, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Technically contribute to projects, participating in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical tasks.
- Be an integral team member, establishing credibility through the quality of your and your team’s technical execution.
- Utilize AI to accelerate delivery by delegating routine implementation, generating tests and documentation, and applying AI to debugging and refactoring, while maintaining ownership of all shipped code.
- Engage in questioning, brainstorming, and taking ownership of the products you build.
- Work closely with product management to ensure the development of optimal products for users.
