As a member of our 1,000+ strong tech team, you will collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams across multiple locations to develop scalable, high-impact solutions. You will report to an Engineering Manager dedicated to supporting your professional growth and impact.
Our technology stack includes Golang and Kotlin. We are actively modernizing systems, transitioning from legacy PHP to a microservices architecture, with deployments managed via GitLab CI/CD to AWS.

Who we are looking for:
- An engineer who embraces a "you build it, you run it, you own it" mindset, taking full accountability for AI-generated output, including validation and refactoring.
- Solid experience in software development, ideally with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP.
- Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached) and strong understanding of AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- A pragmatic problem solver with a technical and user-first approach to building impactful solutions.
- Ability to write structured prompts for multi-step tasks, maintain project-level AI context (e.g., CLAUDE.md / rules files), and proactively identify issues in AI-generated output.
- Demonstrated judgment in leveraging AI for debugging, performance analysis, and complex refactoring, while maintaining ownership of the final outcome.
- A collaborative team player open to discussions, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
What you will be doing:
- Provide technical contributions to projects, participating in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical tasks.
- Integrate seamlessly into the team, establishing credibility through high-quality technical execution.
- Leverage AI to accelerate delivery, including delegating routine implementation, generating tests and documentation, and applying AI to debugging and refactoring, while maintaining full ownership of all shipped code.
- Engage in questioning, brainstorming, and taking ownership of the products you develop.
- Collaborate closely with product management to ensure the development of optimal user-centric products.
