Your Mission
As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and our 4-person tech team. You will play a crucial role in developing internal tools, client products, and future AI automation components.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new features for our web applications.
- Actively participate in technical architecture and tool selection.
- Integrate and automate workflows via our CRM (HubSpot).
- Connect internal and external tools to our stack via API.
- Work on AI projects, including information extraction, automatic classification, and internal assistants.
- Participate in code reviews, implement best practices, and monitor quality.
- (Eventually) Mentor junior developers and contribute to scaling the tech team.
Technical Stack
- Front-end: React, Next.js, HTML5/CSS3, Webflow
- Back-end: Node.js, PHP, Python
- Tools: HubSpot, Docker, Git, AWS, Postman
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions
Profile Sought
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in React & Node.js.
- Solid knowledge of PHP and Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and SaaS integrations.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms like HubSpot (workflows, automation).
- Curious, autonomous, structured, and a team player.
- Genuine interest in AI and automation (ability to prototype is valued).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in an agile or startup environment.
- Understanding of DevOps / CI/CD concepts.
- Basics in UX/UI.
- Knowledge of Webflow.
- Personal projects involving AI.
