We are seeking a talented Software Developer with an AI focus to join our team. This role involves the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise Human Resources (HR) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess practical software development experience and expertise in AI tools for programming. You will be responsible for reviewing, debugging, and validating generated code to ensure its quality and correct functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop frontend, backend, and database functionalities.
- Provide maintenance and resolve incidents in existing systems.
- Integrate external APIs and services.
- Utilize AI to support development, analysis, debugging, and documentation processes.
- Manage code changes using Git and pull requests.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, SQL, Prisma, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Git.
- Experience with AI programming tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.

Candidate Profile
A graduate of Computer Systems Engineering, Informatics, or a related field is preferred. A formal degree is not essential; we prioritize strong technical knowledge, practical experience, and mastery of AI applied to software development.
Work Environment & Benefits
- 100% Home Office (Remote Work).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Salary: Starting from $13,000 MXN Monthly.
- Productivity Bonus: $1,000 MXN Monthly.
