Role Mission: AI & Systems Integrations Architect

The AI & Systems Integrations Architect serves as the technical engine driving growth. We seek a highly technical "Builder" to align business goals with our technical ecosystem. The mission is twofold: first, audit and transform core platforms (HubSpot, Front, GCP/Google Workspace, Tableau) into a seamless, data-driven engine; second, lead the "Internal AI" revolution by rapidly prototyping and coding AI agents and custom workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks and accelerate execution speed.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Architecture & Integration:

• Act as the "Super-User" and Architect for the core stack (HubSpot, GCP, AWS, Front, Zoom, and Tableau), ensuring seamless data flow with our proprietary backend.
• Audit and redesign HubSpot data structures, implementing advanced naming conventions, UTM tracking, and segmentation for multi-touch marketing attribution.
• Eliminate data silos by building deep API integrations and webhooks connecting inventory and infrastructure directly to Go-To-Market (GTM) tools.
• Build multi-touch attribution models to track campaign influence on advisor activation.

AI & Custom Development:

• Design and code custom AI agents and apps (using Python/Javascript and LLMs) to boost productivity, operational efficiencies, and new products.
• Automate complex internal tasks for customers, Sales, Marketing, and other internal departments.
• Apply coding ability (PHP/Laravel/MySQL) to script custom workflows.
• Rapidly prototype new tools enabling agents to focus on crafting complex, profitable travel itineraries rather than administrative tasks.
• Serve as the go-to person for AI tools such as Gemini / Google AI apps, ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, Lovable, and for anyone seeking to build prototypes.

Technical Partnership:

• Partner with the Technical Product Manager and Product Owners to translate business ideas into scoped technical requirements, ensuring seamless rollout and long-term operational support.
• Serve as the technical bridge between Marketing’s strategic goals and the Engineering team’s infrastructure.
• Support the BI and Management team in building reports and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision making.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• The Languages: 3+ years of professional experience with PHP (Laravel), MySQL, and Python. Proficiency in Javascript (React or Vue.js) for custom interface building.
• The Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace / GCP and HubSpot Enterprise (Custom Objects, Programmable Automation), plus experience integrating with tools like Front App, Zoom, and Tableau.
• The AI Edge: Proven experience building or prototyping with LLMs (Gemini/OpenAI/Anthropic APIs) and deep understanding of prompt engineering for business automation.
• The Experience: 4+ years of professional engineering or systems architecture experience. A Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background is preferred.
• Communication: Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders.
