Dialogflow Developer
Duration: 12 months
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking an experienced Dialogflow Developer to support our client in building next-generation conversational AI experiences. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dialogflow ES/CX, Google Cloud Platform, NLP/NLU, and the broader chatbot ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX, designing flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment.
- Integration: Integrate virtual agents with existing enterprise systems, tools, databases, and APIs using Python to enable complex actions and real-time data retrieval.
- Optimization: Tune NLU models, manage context, optimize NLP accuracy, and improve bot performance.
- Generative AI: Configure and manage Playbooks, Data Stores, and RAG components.
- Collaboration: Work with UX and business teams to design intuitive conversational journeys.
- Testing & Analytics: Implement logging, monitoring, analytics, and automated testing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX & Conversational Agent Builder.
- Knowledge of AI/chatbot tools and frameworks.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform services: CCAI, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub.
- Skilled with APIs, REST services, and webhooks.
- Understanding of NLP/NLU principles.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of conversation design and ASR.
- Experience with algorithms, computer vision, knowledge management, and conversational AI.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Experience with BigQuery, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Experience with Python, PHP, Java, Ruby, and AI languages.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
