Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI automation architectures (using n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, etc.) integrated with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Develop and train autonomous agents and virtual assistants (LLMs, LangChain, RAG, MCP Server, Google Agentspace) to support creative, operational, and business workflows.
- Create and manage data pipelines to feed AI models and automations, integrating relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
- Build scalable APIs and microservices (Node.js, Python, PHP), ensuring performance and security.
- Apply prompt engineering and multi-agent strategies in production workflows, ensuring consistency, compliance, and output personalization.
- Develop lightweight front-end interfaces (ReactJS, Bootstrap, JavaScript) for automation control and monitoring.
- Orchestrate cloud and DevOps environments with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and best practices for observability.
- Ensure governance and compliance in AI usage, including prompt versioning, traceability, and workflow documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary squads, collaborating with business, design, and technology areas to develop scalable and innovative solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications:

- AI & LLMs: OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, MCP Server.
- Automation & Orchestration: n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Autonomous Agents, Prompt Engineering.
- Back-End: Node.js, Python, PHP.
- Front-End: ReactJS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
- Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket, Docker, CI/CD.
- Databases: SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, BigQuery, MySQL.
- Complementary Tools: AI Search, Postman, Grafana, Kibana, Terraform (a plus).
Differentiators:
- Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience integrating CRM/ERP/Martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP BTP, RD Station, HubSpot).
- Certifications in Cloud and AI (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient and measurable automated workflows.
