AI-Assisted Software Engineer/ 3 weeks ago
Quick Summary
About the project
We are developing a platform that utilizes generative AI to automate complex workflows, spanning research, data analysis, and final user-ready output production. This involves building an orchestration engine that seamlessly integrates LLMs, automation layers, and generative tools into a cohesive pipeline.
The platform targets the U.S. market, demanding high innovation speed and rapid iteration. We operate in a dynamic, low-process environment, delivering meaningful changes to production daily.
AI is our core tool; you will work within a Human-Guided AI Development model, where Cursor functions as a dedicated pair programmer, not just an occasional add-on.
What You’ll Do
- Building, developing, and improving platform features powered by generative AI.
- Working daily with AI tools for generating, modifying, and debugging code.
- Applying fixes, refactoring, and iteratively enhancing code quality and system logic.
- Collaborating with product and design teams to optimize the quality of AI-generated output.
- Delivering updates rapidly in an environment focused on frequent releases (daily shipping).
- Experimenting with new AI models, tools, and techniques, and proposing system improvements.
- Contributing original ideas for automation, workflow optimization, and new features.
Who do we look for
MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience (frontend / backend / full-stack, any tech stack), including approximately 1 year working in a human-assisted AI coding model.
- Commercial, daily experience using Cursor IDE for writing and debugging code.
- Practical knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for code generation, modification, and refactoring.
- Experience with AI-assisted debugging (log analysis, issue identification, iterative fixes).
- An AI-first mindset—understanding when to prompt versus when to code manually.
- Ability to deliver quickly and independently in a low-process environment.
- Ability to work with unfamiliar repositories and technologies using AI (code analysis, flow understanding, context exploration).
- Active interest in testing and exploring new AI models and tools (OpenAI, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
- Fluency in both English and Polish (minimum B2+).
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and proactiveness.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, or Java.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Perplexity, or similar).
- Experience in real estate, web publishing, or content generation systems.
APPLY IF:
You are excited about building the future of AI-driven web automation. You thrive in fast-paced environments where code reaches production the same day it is written. You view AI as a superpower that amplifies creativity and productivity. You are fluent in both code and English, comfortable collaborating internationally, and ready to significantly impact how professionals build their digital presence.
