About the Project: Open Home Pro
Join our team developing Open Home Pro, a comprehensive tool for real estate agents available as both a mobile app (iPad/Android) and a web version. This platform digitizes and streamlines open house events, replacing paper sign-in sheets with digital registration, offering offline functionality, automatic lead synchronization, and personalized follow-up emails.
OHP also delivers open house performance analytics, automatic reports for sellers, custom branding, and advanced lead management, helping agents convert visitors into clients more effectively.
AI is central to our process. We operate under a Human-Guided AI Development model, utilizing tools like Cursor as a true pair-programmer. We require solid Flutter expertise combined with confidence and curiosity in leveraging AI for daily work.

What You’ll Do
- Build, develop, and improve platform features powered by generative AI.
- Work with AI as a daily tool for generating, modifying, and debugging code.
- Apply fixes, refactor code, and iteratively improve code quality and system logic.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance the quality of AI-generated output.
- Deliver updates rapidly in a fast-paced environment focused on frequent releases (daily shipping).
- Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, proposing workflow improvements.
- Contribute original ideas for automation, workflow optimization, and new features.
Who We Look For
MUST HAVE Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience working with:
- Flutter (Mid-level): Dart, core widgets, Material Design, state management (setState, Riverpod), navigation (go_router), and API integration.
- JavaScript (Junior-level): Node.js (express.js), TypeScript, ES6+, REST APIs, Redux/Context API, npm/yarn.
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB.
- Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker).
- Experience in building mobile applications and e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
- Ability to perform cross-platform development and integrate mobile applications with web systems.
- Commercial experience using Cursor IDE (or another AI-assisted IDE) for writing and debugging code.
- AI-first mindset: Understanding when to prompt and when to code.
- Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2+).
- Highly developed communication skills, creativity, and proactiveness.
NICE TO HAVE Skills
- WordPress (Junior-level): PHP, WooCommerce, Custom Post Types, ACF, hooks/filters, plugin development, REST API.
- Experience with automated testing and application build pipelines.
- Experience working with Firebase/Supabase.
- Published applications in the App Store / Play Store.
- Practical knowledge of cloud services such as AWS.
- Familiarity with error monitoring tools (Sentry).
Recruitment Process
- Stage 1: 45–60-minute interview with our recruiter. Learn about the project and answer role-related questions in both Polish and English.
- Stage 2: A technical task to practically verify knowledge of the required technologies.
- Stage 3: 60–90-minute technical interview and a meeting with your future team.
Compensation & Benefits
12,000 - 15,000 PLN net/month (B2B)
