The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Developer passionate about Artificial Intelligence to join our technology team. You will focus on creating innovative solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and AI-driven automations. This role involves building products and processes that leverage cutting-edge AI to transform data, workflows, and interactions into intelligent, scalable experiences.
Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop and integrate functionalities using APIs from language models such as GPT, Claude, and similar technologies.
- Create and maintain data processing pipelines essential for feeding intelligent systems.
- Design and implement autonomous agents and automation flows utilizing frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify optimal AI application opportunities.
- Optimize prompts, evaluate the quality of model responses, and fine-tune agent behavior.
- Document architectures, solutions, and best practices, ensuring knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Solid experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, TypeScript, or PHP.
- Practical experience integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Expertise in prompt engineering and best practices for utilizing language models.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and code versioning practices.
- Experience utilizing Docker containers and modern development environments.
Differentiators:
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and the use of vector databases.
- Experience with fine-tuning or customizing models.
- Experience setting up monitoring, observability, and metrics for AI applications.
