Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on Location and Experience.
Human Made is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join its global team. This is a remote position open to applications based in the APAC region.
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will balance project delivery with strategic team leadership, guiding distributed teams to deliver exceptional WordPress-based projects for enterprise clients. This is an Individual Contributor role.
You will possess a thorough understanding of Scrum/Agile concepts, ensuring efficient, transparent, and continuously improving delivery processes to empower your squad. Your role will involve key client engagement, delivery planning, and cross-functional collaboration, aligning business needs with agile principles. You will work closely with other discipline leads to foster a culture of trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement, aligning the squad with Human Made’s values and monitoring performance.
You should be confident in collaborating with Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution and squad operations. You will anticipate and identify problems, addressing them directly or escalating to the relevant discipline lead when necessary. Ultimately, you understand and passionately pursue value for our clients, aligning it with our own priorities.
Requirements
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or similar qualifications are desirable.
- Experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery role.
- Thrives in dynamic, multi-project environments, with the ability to adapt quickly, context-switch effectively, and maintain focus on delivery goals and team alignment.
- Experience applying Scrum, a broader awareness of Agile principles, and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in an enterprise agency environment and/or hands-on expertise with Scrum practices.
- Strong skills in servant leadership, negotiation, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and promoting transparency, including the ability to negotiate and adapt project scope in response to change.
- A strategic and driven mindset.
- Experience using a wide range of project management tools such as budget/time tracking tools and issue tracking software, with the knowledge to recommend appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., WordPress, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, version control systems) and hosting/deployment best practices.

Applying Scrum To Produce High Quality Work
- Manage each project's scope and timeline.
- Create and maintain a team culture that fosters shared responsibility for successful delivery.
- Guide and coach the team on the principles and practices of the agile framework used in the project.
- Work with the squad to define and refine project scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops (virtual or in-person) to establish project needs and relationships.
- Facilitate meetings to monitor project progress and resolve team issues.
- Remove impediments or guide the team in impediment removal.
- Assess the time and financial impact of scope changes and communicate to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Determine when to use experiments for learning and solutioning.

- Be commercially aware: understand project budget status and report back to the company.
- Manage allocation of project needs in conjunction with your squad composition.

- Facilitate broader engagement with internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners.
