Are you a WordPress expert capable of working autonomously? We are seeking a highly skilled Web Implementer with proven experience in remote environments. This role requires mastery of code and design, coupled with the discipline and organization necessary to deliver high-quality, optimized websites directly from your home office.

Your Mission:

To build and optimize fast, functional websites for our clients, maintaining fluid communication with the team regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elementor Pro Layout: Create pixel-perfect websites utilizing Elementor Pro (Containers), adhering strictly to design specifications and client requirements.
• WPO & Technical SEO: Ensure rapid site loading speeds and implement impeccable technical SEO structure (including H1-H6 hierarchy, Alt text optimization, and sitemaps).
• Responsive & Cross-Browser Compatibility: Guarantee seamless functionality and display across all devices and web browsers.
• Remote Workflow Management: Provide daily progress reports and maintain availability during scheduled work hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Cd. Juárez/El Paso Time) for immediate adjustments and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• WordPress Expertise: Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience with WordPress.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Minimum 1 year of prior remote work experience. Must be proficient in time management and utilizing remote collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Zoom).
• Technical Domain: Strong command of WordPress, Elementor, and CSS, along with basic knowledge of PHP/JS.
• Self-Management & Debugging: Proven ability to resolve technical issues independently (via googling/debugging) before escalating requests for assistance.
• Infrastructure Requirements: Must possess a reliable computer capable of handling design and web development tasks without lagging, and a stable, high-speed internet connection (speed test required).

Compensation & Benefits:

Type of position: Full time

Salary Range: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
