What your tasks will be

• Support and administration of our Moodle platform
• Selection, implementation, and further development of Moodle plugins to expand and optimize the learning platform
• Coordination and cooperation with the external Moodle service provider for technical challenges and the continuous development of the learning platform
• Supporting the team in building, optimizing, and automating technical workflows and processes
• Use of modern AI tools and agent systems (e.g., GPT, Claude, AgenticAI, Make)
• Testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing solutions
• Close cooperation with production, academy, marketing, and other departments

What you should bring

• Studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Experience in web development, ideally with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Initial experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Make or Zapier
• Strong interest in AI, digital tools, automation, and new technologies
• High motivation to solve problems independently and pragmatically
• Openness to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications and systems
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of trying out new solutions
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German skills
