What your tasks will be
- Support and administration of our Moodle platform
- Selection, implementation, and further development of Moodle plugins to expand and optimize the learning platform
- Coordination and cooperation with the external Moodle service provider for technical challenges and the continuous development of the learning platform
- Supporting the team in building, optimizing, and automating technical workflows and processes
- Use of modern AI tools and agent systems (e.g., GPT, Claude, AgenticAI, Make)
- Testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing solutions
- Close cooperation with production, academy, marketing, and other departments
What you should bring
- Studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Experience in web development, ideally with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Initial experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Make or Zapier
- Strong interest in AI, digital tools, automation, and new technologies
- High motivation to solve problems independently and pragmatically
- Openness to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications and systems
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of trying out new solutions
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German skills
